Avacado Chaat

This is my favorite snack. I had it in a restaurant few months back and wanted to try it at home as it is yummy and healthy. It came out soo good and I decided to save it here before I forget.



Prep Time - 10 minutes
Serving Size - 2

Ingredients :

Avacado - 1
Diced Onions - 2- 3 tbsp
Green Chutney (I used store bought)
Sweet Chutney (I used store bought)
Salt - as needed
Sev/Bhuji

Steps :

1. In a bowl, add diced avacado, onions, salt, green chutney and sweet chutney. Adjust the amount of chutneys based on your spice and sweet level.

2. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. When you are ready to eat, top it with sev and enjoy!
