Crispy Chilli Garlic Cheese Toast

This is our household's recent favorite snack / breakfast. You will definitely love the chilly garlicky flavor. This will be in my go to list if I am looking forward to make something under 15 minutes during weekdays. All you need is few ingredients.



Cooking Time - 10 minutes
Serving size - 2 

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Bread Slice - 2
Butter 
Finely chopped garlic
Chopped green Chilly - (Optional)
Shredded Cheese of your choice
Chilly Flakes

Steps :

1. Heat a pan with 1/4th tsp of butter.

2. Spread Butter on top of the bread slice. Add finely chopped garlic and finely chopped green chilly (optional - if you are looking for more spice).

3. Place the bread on pan, reduce the flame to low. 

4. Add shredded cheese of your choice on top of the bread slice. Sprinkle some chilly flakes as well.

5. Cover the pan and keep the flame in low - medium. Wait until the cheese melts. (Make sure you don't burn the bottom of your toast - keep the flame in low to avoid that)

6. Time to enjoy the crispy toast:)
