Mango/ Banana Smoothie
My husband is our house's smoothie maker. We usually have smoothies during weekends with all the leftover fruits from the weekdays. Here is one of such smoothie recipe, we don't use any fancy juicer/blender you can make this with regular mixie/blender. You can make this in under 10 minutes and you will get enough nutrients for the day.
Prep time - 10 Minutes
Serving Size - 2
Ingredients:
1. Mango - 1
2. Banana - 1
3. Spinach -Handful
4. Almonds - 4
5. Cashew nuts -4
6. Dates - 2
7. Honey - 1 tsb
Steps:
1. Coarse grind almonds, cashews and dates.
2. Add mango, banana, handful of spinach and grind it with the nuts.
3. Add a tbsp of honey.
That's it!! Your smoothie is ready!
