Chicken Boti Kebab

Summer is here and we love grilling. And my kids loves chicken so I always try to make different kinds of kebabs for them. This is one such kebab that tastes absolutely delicious. You can just snack on it with yogurt mint chutney.

Cooking Time - 30 minutes
Serving Size - 2-3 People



Ingredients:

For Marination:

1. Chicken Thighs Pieces - 600g
2. Curd - 2 Tbsp
3. Mayonnaise - 2 Tsp
4. Oil - 1 Tbsp
5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
6. Paprika - 1 Tsp (adjust based on your spice level)
7. Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
8. Nutmeg powder - 1/4 Tsp
9. Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 Tsp
10. Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
11. Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp (as needed)
12. Besan Flour - 1 Tsp
13. Kasthuri Methi - A pinch
14. Salt - As needed
15. Kashmiri Chilly Powder - As needed for color and if you want extra spicy.

Steps:

1. Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients mentioned above.

2. I always use chicken thighs as it is tender and juicy compared to breast pieces. Marinate the chicken  with a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of overnight.

3. I grilled it with the skewers on the grill, if you don't have grill you can pan fry it as well. For both the methods brush oil on both the sides while cooking.

4. Chicken should be cooked in 20 - 25 minutes. 

Yummy Kebab is ready!! You can enjoy it with the squeeze of lemon juice and yogurt chutney.
