Whole Wheat Healthy Banana Bread
I love banana bread and this one is a guilt free version as this doesn't have maida/all purpose flour or white sugar. So I can snack it whenever I feel hungry.
Ingredients:
Dry Ingredient:
1. Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
2. Salt - 1/4 Tsp
3. Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Wet Ingredient:
1. Egg - 1
2. Coconut Oil - 2-3 Tbsp
3. Coconut Sugar - 1/2 Cup (if you want more sweetness increase it to 3/4 cup)
4. Ripened Banana - 2 large sized
Steps:
1. In a bowl, first smash the bananas to a paste by hand, then add all the wet ingredients (egg, oil and sugar) one by one. Whisk it together and keep aside.
2. In a separate bowl, add the dry ingredients one by one. Add the banana mixture to the flour and mix until it is lump free.
3. Pour the batter to a greased loaf pan.
4. Bake at 350 degree F for 60 minutes.
Tip - If you insert a fork in the middle it will come out clean, means bread is done.
5. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then you can slice and enjoy!!
